I still have my old ultimate ears tripleFi 10’s. They are still my favorites. I also have a set of DD earbuds, and a couple of pairs of Sennheiser over the ear headphones.
I have a set of AirPods that I use for convenience, and they sound ok. But they are not in the same league as the others.
air pods pro actually are a whole different level from air pods. I actually 100% approve of the sound for true wireless sets, since they mostly all ****, the airpods pro is a pleasant surprise. not audiophile level but its best in its class.

I have never tried a true wireless bluetooth headset. I have put them in my ears but I can't find ONE set that fits like they should... in my ears anyway. The only earbuds that fit my ears perfectly are Sony's. If anyone knows of a true wireless earbud with a head like these, PLEASE let me know.

My new In Ear Monitors came today. They get really good reviews so I ordered a set. The KZ ZSN PRO X and I have to say for the $25 I spent they sound nutz after putting the correct size silicon adapters on. They fit tight and they are so fricken loud. 1 dynamic driver and one balanced armature driver per ear. Very bright. Good snappy bass. Happily mine came with the "white" cable (silver plated wires).

Depends on what I'm listening to. Have a pair of the Hifiman 4xx and a pair of Sennheiser 6xx open back headphones. Mostly for use at my home. My Fiio M11 Plus can drive both for use on the go.....but I really need to get a balanced cable for the Sennheisers since they have a 300 ohm impendence. Really power hungry. Have a pair of E-MU Purplehearts that I am more used to taking out since they are closed and don't leak much. Much easier to drive than the other two. Bought a JDS Element II amp/DAC a couple of months ago, and that thing rules. Replaced a JDS Atom that worked well....but I wanted the combined DAC and a little more power.

Over a year late bro but I'm gonna let you have it. Picked up some Skull Candy the other day cause I broke my Sony's. Will never go wireless.

So? And I agree with the bluetooth sentiment. I've got a couple different pairs of wireless earbuds that I use almost exclusively for podcasts. Also a couple pairs of bluedio headphones which are just okay. They pale in comparison to a good set of properly powered cans. It's annoying that phone manufacturers are getting rid of headphone jacks. I've got a little Fiio bluetooth adapter/amp for that purpose. Can drive decent earbuds just fine. Or my lightweight Koss KPH30i phones. But not really any of my high impendences cans.

To me....the RAAL SR1a are the best headphones and one of the best speakers I have heard. I feel it is as good as a Great 2 channel system. If I were ever to get another set, it would be the RAAL's which sounds like they may be the best of all.

I can't do anything in ear. No matter what the material of the cushion is. Best bang for your buck with over the ear headphones I found? Soundcore q20. Bluetooth, noise cancelling, microphone, great sound response
