Headphones - What's your pleasure?

I love my Beyer T1 but they are falling apart. I use em with a asus essence sound card with burson op amps. People's jaws drop to the floor when they hear it but I think I could do better with a proper 600 ohms external amp. The only thing that keeps me from buying a dac is knowing that my source will now be a on board sound card. Just can't wrap my head around that.

you can use an audioquest dragonfly to bypass the sound card.

Headphone amp arrived today as well as my 1/4" adapters... BRAINFART. I have no cable to go from the computer to the amp. So that is ordered now. I heard good things about the amp.

I know a lot of headphones that are good and with a great sound and beautiful design. There is a thing... It really depends on your buget. For example, someone will choose a pair of headphones for this review: https://woahtech.com/best-fake-airpods/. And someone will choose something more expensive. In that review are a lot of fake airpods that are good and work really well. I want to buy a pair this month but first I need to decide what pair should I buy. Also the review helped me a lot to have a general idea about every pair of headphones.

I like to get two pair and splice them together. Stick one set in my ears and the other up my ass for a rip roaring good time.

I like Apple airpods, they are very convenient for an active person like me.

I still have my old ultimate ears tripleFi 10’s. They are still my favorites. I also have a set of DD earbuds, and a couple of pairs of Sennheiser over the ear headphones.
I have a set of AirPods that I use for convenience, and they sound ok. But they are not in the same league as the others.
