Having problems with a company

heres my situation, i ordered 2 things from this one web site, they say shipping will be within 3-5 days and its allready been 2 weeks, i sent them an email but they say the sub encloser is on its way, another thing is that they said one of there subs i ordered is out of stock and reccomended another sub to me, which i took, but i checked the price on the sub they reccomended, which was cheaper then the ones i had ordered, thus i reminded them of this but he just ignored it so what should i do? and would i get my money back?

What company? Also you might want to check BBB. You should ask them for a tracking number and if keep giving you the run around cancel it. Or ask to speak to a manager when you call.

 
audioperfect, i ask them for the tracking number but they said they dont offer it, im trying to get ahold of him but he ignores my emails

 
Well if you paid with a credit card report it to them. They have ways of getting you money back. The next thing is to send a certified letter for demand of payment. Inform him that you will report him the BBB and also seek civil/federal remedy if he fails to refund your money. Granted it is more work than it may be worth the get a few dollars back, but seeing he did not do anything against the law it is not really a federal/criminal case. You may be able to scare him into thinking you are going to sue him and get your money back.

 
ok if he dosnt contact me within a couple days im going to report this to my credit card provider and see whats going to happend next, how long dose it take to refund your money? like 6 months?

Seems kind of stupid to prevent helping others with advice on equipment from Amazon, doubt that Amazon is preventing this either. Pain in the arse!
