haven't done this in a while....tonight's beer lineup

Good point. At least be something like Blue Moon, at least it's semi-palatable for a common beer.

True. I'm not a big beer person anyway. I generally don't do anything but microbrews. I think the most commercial beer I've had in the last couple years and actually liked was Sam Adams Oktoberfest.

The Oktoberfest is pretty ****ed good for a commercial beer as well.

I'm a fan of the Weasel stuff, but they aren't carried anywhere (so far) other than here in Zanesville.

Can't go wrong with anything from Point. The brewery's like two miles from my house //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/naughty.gif.94359f346c0f1259df8038d60b41863e.gif

I can walk to the Weasel brewery, it's less than a mile down the road, on Woodlawn, down past the Metro Housing office. It's a nice little setup he's got, I'm going to save some money and try to get him to brew a batch of some custom IPA for me :p

Aren't home-town breweries the best? There is a restaurant a couple miles from my other house that has a microbrewery upstairs. Living in the drunkest state in the union defintiely has its advantages:D. Good beer, fish fry, and cheese curds make for a happy heart attack.

I don't know about best, but it's most definitely the best here. No other beer locally available is better, and Winerak carries like 300 different beers and like 1k different wines.

I'd much rather have some of Weasel's amber or IPA than anything else, but only a couple of restaurants here sell it yet, one of which is right across the street (and has some of the best food in Zanesville). I've went down there (to the brewery) twice, and had an IPA the first time and the Amber the second. I'm torn, because they are both farking tasty. I don't know how good the Amber would come out as a custom batch, but I'm going to see if he'll do an IPA for me. I like it just the smallest bit more than the Amber. He's working on an oatmeal stout, I'm kinda anxious about that one. Heard good stuff about other brewery's making that style beer, so I'm hoping that he does a good job with his.
