Has anybody heard about "DHD Power Cruiser Subs?"

The other day some dude was selling me two subs for $100. They had 1000 watts max power and 500 RMS each. The name of the subs was "DHD Power Cruiser." They looked very good and everything but I've never heard that name before. So if there's somebody that has heard DHD subs before, can you tell me if they are good subs and where I can get some information about them?

Two subs for $100. I would bet $100 that they would be blown in 2 weeks I bet they are way over rated on power too. You get what you pay for.

did the guy offer to hook them up so you could hear them? Rangerman i agree. That 100 bucks your paying is probly 50 times what the guy paid for them. take 1000 divided by 100 and thats about the total RMS b4 they blow. Be cautious and if they say they are really cheap, price wise, ask to hear them b4 you buy...just like Thumps, Pyramids and as Zane would say Flea Market crap lol. Take it easy...

Well now, I gotta be the first to say that I've actually heard DHD Power Cruisers? Ok then...I will. I gotta say, for $100 it's prolly worth it. I bought a set of them just because I was curious once. It was a nice little surprise. Handled the amps power pretty well, only like 375 watts per sub, but still. They will move quite a bit of air though, I mean, The sub has the flat cone w/ the large surround on it. It's not a bad little sub for the money. I paid like $45 a piece for a set of 12"s
