Graduating Soon, buying a huge system with the $$

Next monday I am graduating from HS and I want to upgrade my system. I was going to get 1 15" Magnum and port it and run it with a hifonics 1500 brutus but the d2's are on backorder til the middle of june and i dont want to wait that long. I still want to get the hifonics 1500 brutus but what kinda sub should I go with? I want to go with prolly jus a single 15" set up. My friend has a XXX 15" so that sub is out. I was lookin at Treo's website into their subs but dont know much about it all. So what do you guys reccomend? I really want a clean sounding sub but it has to get really loud. I have about a $400 spending limit on the subs so can you guys help me? thanks

Treo is an awesome idea!

Also an RE SX would be an idea since they aren't on backorder right now. umm...Digital Designs, Incriminator Death Penalty, IDMAX, the list goes on with $400. I'm sure someone else will throw out a few more suggestions soon.

Won't get anything worth buying from Treo for $400...they are too expensive...

Are we set on 1 15"? What about a pair of SE 12"s?

What's RE's stock situation looking like nowadays, haven't kept up with them, they have SE's in stock?

How would an ID max compare to the XXX and D2's? Is there a website I can buy them from or get some specs on them

sx is 1000w rms. it comes as dual 2 ohm. you can order a dual 4 ohm for $15 more. im gonna get a dual 4 as soon as i get enough money. from what ive heard, they are as good if not better as the xxx up to 1000w, then the xxx is much better.

The XXX has better SQ at any wattage.
