if its cheap then most likely it is from an unauthorized dealer and when or if it breaks you have a big paper weight.

No less safe than any other online classifieds...sure, you still have to be careful, but there doesn't seem to be a lot of riff-raff.

There is always, as Jim said it, riff-raff around trying to screw you out of your hard earned cash....
