good quality amp for 12inch RF Hx2's

Hey - what would you guys suggest I buy for 2 12inch Rockford Fosgate HX2 subs? 500W RMS 1000 Peak. DVC, 4 ohm.

I would like to spend around $300 maybe push $400 on the amp. Whats my best bang for buck?
