Make sure you get to the DMV with a fully loaded Super-Soaker and commit drive-bys on every bus stop you pass that has people waiting. As it's summer and the humidity is brutal down there in the Crescent City not only will the waiting bus passengers get a momentary break from the heat when you soak 'em down maybe your driving testor will be impressed with your sense of civic duty.
