First thing I would do if I was in that situation is break the glass and get that glass vase. Anyone try to stop me I will swing to kill, in an 8 to 1 fight, my life is in danger.

Good point, they really could have killed her if they took it too far. Anytime you are outnumbered like that your only hope is to use any means necessary. I probably would have tried to escape first, lol, just avoid it all, I'm pretty fast tho so I would use that to my advantage, I'm not very big tho so if I was cornered I would have to find a lethal weapon of some sort.

Yeah I would have tried harder to get out of there, but some people just aren't fighters, and like I said before, I think if she would have fought back it would have only brought her more damage and escalated things, I don't understand why she wasn't trying to make a mad dash out of there though.
Also, you're probably right about the sentencing, but I dont know about being friends again, lol. IMO the sentences should be more severe, I'm a big advicate for harsher punishments on violent crimes.

dude im telling you teen girls are like that. they fight every couple days.

to make a long story short when i was in middle school 2 of my friends got into this fight right. one guy was calling talking shit, left obscene messages like im going to **** ur mother stuff like that on answering machine. one day guy making phone calls comes to his house with 7 guys (mostly there just to watch the fight) my buddy sees all the guys goes outside with a golf club. 7 dudes split leaving him there and my buddy beat the hell out of him with the golf club. guy was in intensive care for 3 days and still has wilson scarred on his back. they were friends again 6 months later.

friend was facing felonious assault and assault with a deadly weapon and got 100 hrs community service.

i wanna know how the girl ended up in the house in the first place. if im talking shit about someone im not going to go over their house alone thinking everythings ok. im either taking some people with me or avoiding them at all costs.

one of the lookouts was 18 i bet hes the only one that gets a real penalty

i dont know how weak it was. girl suffered concussion, hearing loss. said both her eyes were completely blackened and her father didnt recognize her when he got to the hospital.
