I thought it was funny how immature the girls were acting because of an argument over freakin' MYSPACE!!! It's a shame the damage the girl received, but from what I'm getting out of watching the video is that she didn't even try to defend herself.

Yeah, she really didn't. I don't know if it would have done much good, with 6 people there it would probably make things escalate even more. I agree with how immature it was it just disturbs me what kid's will do to one another.

Try to defend herself against several other people? I think the smart thing to do was just to take it the way she did, or try harder to get the fuck away.

what i dont get is why the girl didnt try and fight back at least a little, she really did nothing to protect herself. after getting punched a bunch of times she still wanted to sit there and talk about it. if im getting my *** beat im gonna at least throw a punch somewhere or try and get out of there.

and in the big picture i grew up in middle america suburbs and i saw some people get jumped and beaten pretty badly over some stupid shit. not like this is some new epidemic. should of heard nancy grace the other night talking like this has never happened before. they were talking like these girls are going to get life in prison. i bet they all get community service, have to write an apology letter, and a year from now they are all friends again.

Yeah I would have tried harder to get out of there, but some people just aren't fighters, and like I said before, I think if she would have fought back it would have only brought her more damage and escalated things, I don't understand why she wasn't trying to make a mad dash out of there though.

Also, you're probably right about the sentencing, but I dont know about being friends again, lol. IMO the sentences should be more severe, I'm a big advicate for harsher punishments on violent crimes.
