Been using this for the past year or so and recently got an awesome deal on an 8800GTS so i have no need for this.
It's 256MB, 20 Pixel Pipelines if i remember right.
It also has a Zalman CFU Cooler and has ram sinks on it which costs about $40 new.
$50 shipped, great card will run CSS, COD 2, BF2, and many other games maxed out. Not to mention you can overclock with the awesome zalman cooler on it. It's a bit dusty but i'll clean it up a bit before i ship it out.
