Getting back into shape - TIPS?

And if you have to fart, let it out quietly before you start any lift your going to strain doing. Weighted dips caught me once. The gym is never quiet until your mid fart.
ah yes the weighted dips and protein farts...stoping gym goers getting laid since ....

 
Burn more Calories than you consume and lift heavy weights often. Do cardio 3-4 times a week alont with the lifting. Do it in the morning so it boosts ur metabolism

you want to make sure you are below your basal metabolism (the amount of calories your body needs for a day).

If your b. metabolism is 2000, then you don't want to burn all 2000 of those calories do you?

 
No total calories burns need to be > than total calories injested for fatloss (and muscle loss too if you arent carefull) Once you get past the calories youve taken in and used it for fuel, then your body starts taping into your fat for an energy source. Thats how you lose weight

but the body uses calories for energy. I'm just saying that if you eat a sandwich and a protein shake for breakfast (lets say 500 calories worth) , your not going to have to burn 500 calories for you to start burning fat because your body has used the calories from the meal to keep you going.

 
I dont think you are listening man. Go on a 2000 calorie a day diet, and expend 2500 calories a day. Thats a 500 calorie deficit, spread out over a weak is 3500 calories (or 1lb of fat), spread out over a month is 4lbs, and a year 52lbs. Thats just a safe easy way to do it. Increase the calorie expendature and you will lose weight quicker.

Cut out sugar, starch, and eat 5-6 times a day. No more fast food, dont snack on garbge. That right there will help u lose weight

 
well one more question guys. dont really expect you to know it but just wanna get your opinion:

When i gained 30lbs of muscles- my body was looking lean and muscular BUT my face looked round and chubby--- so the girls were telling me i got big but the guys ive known for years were tellin i looked fat coz of my face.

Any solution to that or its just my body structure ?

i mean if i start lifting weights again- is there any way for me to prevent getting that chubby face.

 
Just dont eat a bunch of junk food... drink water.. dont eat after 9.. if you cant follow those simple rules you have other issues to worry about... Im semi cut and i havent worked out in a year.. fat ****s.. just kidding though... if you dont eat after 9, that will change your metabolism completly..

 
Lose BF and youll lose it in your face. Some people naturally store fat in different places. Though Ive never really heard of people storing fat in their face liek that, I would say if its the case, you will have to cut to a pretty low %of BF to really make a difference.

I think its a safe assumption that when you gained all the muscle you also gained about 5-15lbs of fat with it. So lose that fat you gained.
