Getting back into shape - TIPS?

Looking to start going back to the gym again, I use to be really into it before I moved down here to FL.

I'm just looking to gain some size, and get toned. Not looking to get huge or anything like that.

Tips on what to eat, exercises I can do, etc would be appreciated.

Things have not changed since you were in it before, eat clean, lift heavy and dont eat shit foods.

dont eat shitty food, keep it healthy, fruits veggies, balanced amount of proteins and carbo's, maybe some multivitamins

A basic lean muscle builder shake could help somewhat, but its not going to make work any easier. I use muscle milk because its not really made for huge amounts of bulking, but between eating healthy, cardio, and lifting, i've been able to lose 10 pounds of fat and gain 5 pounds of muscle. Thats with regular eating, and a muscle milk shake every other day.

Lots of water, eat breakfest (VERY IMPORTANT) kick starts your metabolisim.

Aloso like everyone has said go to bb.com and find a full body routine and cardio in the morning if you have time cardio in the morning before you eat anything is the best time to do it. Follow a routine and dont cheat yourself in the food dept.

Mc dicks avater would get you off to a great start! ROFL!
