Is there anyway I can get a new one through ATT?? Anyone ever done this before?? There's no way I can get my friend to pay for it, he doesn't have a job and barely has cashflow as it is, even if I tried it would take forever...

No I don't believe so, but Im not really sure cause my parents got it for me as a Christmas gift. And yes the pool was clean, does that really matter?

ATT won't do anything except send you to a local Apple store. I think they come with a 1 year warranty stock for manufacture defects. Did you get the Apple protection plan? Anyway, take it down to a local Apple store and just tell them it won't start. DON'T TELL THEM YOU GOT PUSHED INTO A POOL!!! I took mine down there and got a brand new one in 10 minutes. Oh, and you BETTER kick his ***.....

no wayyy really? Cause i mean theres no water strip on iPhones you know? Mine will start and say to plug it in to the computer, then when i do it will just try updating and never get off the main screen.
