I actually put up flyers that say found dog, call with description. In the part of town im in i think someone kept him til he wasnt a little puppy any more then let him loose. He didnt even have a collar on, nor is he neutered so the vet said these were both indications that he was probably not cared for. He also was terrified when i put a leash on him and knows no commands so im thinking someone left him to fend for himself. Ill get more pictures this week, affter washing him he really is a pretty dog and he wont leave my hip!

Hes great so far guys. Stays right on my hip almost all the time which i cannot complain about for only being training him for 3 days now. Gotta work on when people walk in the door cause he gets a little excited, besides that hes awesome.

nice, looks like a ball of energy. and, about the collar/neutering......... i wouldn't call those indicators by themselves... i've had dogs wander off, get out of their collars, even had one abducted, and half the time they most definately are in need of a bath when i pick them up. last dog i had, i got from the shelter before i started my rotational job at the mine. he was real curious, and got lost, haha. and, sometimes he would kick his collar off. last time he got loose, i was at work, and we never found him, nor did the pound. a few months later, my wife saw him being walked, and he was a distinctive mix..... well, later i saw him being walked again, and several times since. i never approached the new owners, but they seem to be giving him more attention than i could, since he was just with my wife while i was gone, and he needs regular outings. i think the new owners are what is right, so i just leave it at that. now, i have a fish, which i named deohgee, or "puppy" for short. i really want another large breed, though.

Thing that made me assume the most is he wouldnt walk on a leash. litterally froze the second i put it on him. Idk if someone walks up to me and says hey thats my dog and can provide proof of some kind (name, dog reacts, etc) i will hand him over and look for another dog cause i couldnt go with out one now even though its only been a few days.
