fosgate 1001bd for a hifonics???

im thinking of getting rid of my fosgate 1001bd for a hifonics bx1500d... is it worth it and most importantly are the placements for the wire similar because i had my fosgate prof installed and was hopeing to just pop the hifonics in

As said up above, stay w/ RF.

It all depends!

If your sub is 4ohm DVC, go w/ the RF b/c of the VC config. RF is 2ohm stable.

If your sub is 2ohm DVC, go w/ the HiFonics b/c of the VC config. HiFonics is 1ohm stable.

but first off the hifonics is 250 and i can sell my fosgate for 300... the the hifonics is 4, 2 and 1ohm stable. at 2ohm it is 1000 just like mine.. i want to do it because im thinking of getting a Xxx. My main concern is the wireing, are the wireing different or can i just put the hifonics in the same exact spot as the fosgate and the wires will be right where they need to be.
