Ford truck rear speakers need help

I'm trying to install a set of Kicker speakers in the rear of a 2002 Ford crew cab in the factory locations. Has anyone ever done this? because I have no idea how to get to them! The trim panel runs up from the floor to the roof and the seat belts are into this piece. I can see those paper junkers in there, but can't get to them. Help please with removing this panel,.

fold the seats down... take off the seat belt bolts and ever other bolt u see... then pull

Thanks, I wasn't sure about the belts going into there, so thanks again
