Fog Lights

My right fog light went out and I'm trying to figure out whats up and I'm stumped, so far I have checked the bulb (it was fine), Replaced it anyway, checked the fuse for that fog light (it was fine) replaced it anyway... the right one still doesnt come on, I'm absolutely stumped, it's hooked up correctly and everything... anyone have any suggestions.

cut cable?

How can i check if it's cut, It seemed taut when i lightly pulled on it, I couldn't see any cuts, can i use a DMM to see if the cable is cut???

first question are they stock or aftermarket fog lights?

It might be grounding out somewhere. Run wires from it directly to the battery and see if it comes on. If it does then you know it works and it is a wiring issue. If it doesn't work, I think more than likely it would be safe to say something is up with the fog light itself.

using a DMM to see if the bulb is actually getting power is probably a good idea.. also checking if there is power at the fuse..
