So how does that neon look at night? Thats a good idea putting it in the vents but that looks like alot of working taking apart your whole dash and putting those lights in. Would a shop not have done that for you? I would like to get that done but by professionals because i would be afraid i wouldn't know how to put it back together.

They look good at night, I posted 1 crappy pic , you cant see schyt though my digital cant take low-light pictures. As for the dash, its not that bad. To get the HU in and out you have to take the dash appart anyways so I've got taking apart my dash down to a fine art. I could have had a shop do it, but why pay them when I knew how to wire everything, and on top of that its fun //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/smile.gif.1ebc41e1811405b213edfc4622c41e27.gif .

Hahahah I used to own that same yr car and as with all of them the air ride was going out. Hell some days the car would sit so low you'd think I was a lowrider from East LA and other days it would be jacked up so high you'd expect it to be an off road 4x4. The air ride cost more to repair than the car is worth heheheh. I got rid of mine insted of converting to struts. The car road and drove wonderful when the air ride wasn't acting crazy though.Cool system and please hide that amp....the trunk is large enough for a couple of bodies to be buried in so I'm sure you can find a spot for your amp........ :thumbsup :thumbsup

Yeah, I'm getting real tired of the air ride right now, my right front is letting itself down every time I turn off the car and it has to raise itself up every time I start the car. I might sell, I've put in alot of work and i dont want to see it wasted.

I know I need to hide the amp, not a whole lot of time lately though. Any ideas? I was thinking behind the rear seats on the B pillar, bot not a whole lot of room to work with. I can try glassing, probably not well though. No good flat areas to mount it.

I used to have some neon in my vents too in my beretta. Looks nice.

where did you run the main power wire through

did you find a spot to run it through the firewall ?

also what guage wire you running?

and 1 more thing-do you know how many amps the factory alternators are on these cars? should be fairly high with all the power options.

I'm assuming all this is for the amp?

For the amp, I went through a factory grommet in the firewall, from inside the car its near the Ebrake, and to access ti from under the hood i had to take the cover off the left front air ride assembly(its only held on with 2 screws anyways).

I am running 4 gauge snould be 0, but oh well.

The factory alt is 135A, and its still not enough with 1200W //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/smile.gif.1ebc41e1811405b213edfc4622c41e27.gif. I couldtn imagine anything less than that though sence everything in the car is power.

Anyhting else?
