well i was at my firends house and his mom pulls up in a new equnox. real clean brand new just got it in the moring and she backs out and *dosent see my van* and BANG dented my whole side and it tore off her bumper now my van looks like it was ***** by a bike or something Pics will come later so go on and bash. what should i do, should i go get a estamite and let her pay or take it on with insurance? cause there cool about it saying that they will pay for it if i get a couple estamites and all.

if my buddy hit my car i wouldnt care. im not gonna tax his *** unless he rips my bumper off or causes some drastic major damage. if its a stranger who rams my car youd better believe im taking as much as i can get without getting the insurance involved.. id hate for my rates to go up. be a good guy and just let them pay for the damages.
