I was wondering what is the difference between a regular Kenwood and an excelon. WHat exactly is different?. The same goes for the Pioneer Premier vs. the regular.. I'm just curious..

I believe...I could be wrong that its all about brand extension. They are just different production lines under the same brandname. Its a way to seperate all of their models and make them more destinctive from one another.

Is there a real difference between them? I dont know.

Yeah, Regular kenwood doesnt have a lot of the features the Excelon series has.
