i sent back a cm3 which i purchased from etronics about a month ago it arrived there and they were supposed to send out an exact replacement. Then i emailed since its been so long and they said that theyre waiting on a stock coming in. Heres what diamond has to say...

We have plenty (thousands) of those woofers in stock. The reason etronics is out of stock is because they can’t find anywhere to get the product from. As you said, we do not authorize any internet sales. We are very stringent about this policy. That means that if we catch any of our authorized dealers selling online or selling to online sites, we no longer do business with them. It’s becoming very difficult for online sites to get our product because of this.
I really encourage you to buy your product from an authorized dealer. That way you will have the support of the dealer if you need it. Plus, you will not receive any warranty on product bought online. If your woofers blow, that’s it, you have to throw them away and buy new ones. If that happens, then you would have spend just as much money as you would have if you just went to an authorized dealer.
Online business does nothing but cheapen the product, degrade the industry, and never supports the customer.

should i just get my refund of 104.99 and lose 20$ shipping or wait it out to see if etronics pulls through?
