I must admit, I liked plurbunnies alot. Always in a good mood, and ready to party till 4 am every weekend - and free backrubs //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/wink.gif.608e3ea05f1a9f98611af0861652f8fb.gifI met this amazingly hot raver chick, she was so "giddy" and willing to try everything,
What do the misfits have to do with anything? //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/confused.gif.e820e0216602db4765798ac39d28caa9.gifAll I can think is that this has been a total bonanza for the people who make Misfits's t-shirts still
LOL, I get what he is saying.
I went to an Lacuna Coil/Atreyu concert last year, I was 20 then, (turn 22 on Sunday if anyone want to ship me anything for free) //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/wink.gif.608e3ea05f1a9f98611af0861652f8fb.gif and when I realized it was at Rockettown, a local concert hall that serves no alcohol, so of course its ok for parents to drop their kids off at such a "safe" enviroment, I was weary, but sure enough, there was 300 little punk 13-17 yo Emo fegs all dressed like that. I felt like an outsider because I am used to the whole "push each other around" mosh pit (sevendust, korn, deftones, drowning pool all had descent pits), these kids were doing spinning kicks and air fighting, crazy shiit one person at a time in the pit. All looked like anarexic fuktards. I am 6'4" 230, pretty good size fella and I was strait up freaking those kids out when I made it to the side of the pit, everyone was starring at me like I was gonna hurt someone. All in all, those kids are weird and ask for the negative attention they get, thats why they wear tight black everything, fukked up 3-tone hair, and stay on myspace all day everyday. It was a fun night regardless though, good concert
thank you for clearing this up. I enjoy a lot of hardcore and "scene" music but like Neil said, EMO has turned into such a connotation for what it originally meant it's not even funny. People are just trying to fit into the Scene but like he also said, they don't all hate there dad and want to cut themselves. This is the problem with the term Emo...people confuse it for "scene".
Neither Lacuna Coil nor Atreyu are emo (remember, emo is a genre of music) but lots of people who go to these shows dress in the way a lot of people call emo, but it's not that...you'll find these people at shows of every kind and they very rarely are suicidal cry babies....they're fitting into the "scene". Half of them have never listened to an emo band in their life.
And you witnessed ninja mosh. Pretty standard in the 14-20 crowd of scene kids. Some of them probably had bandanas on, too.
The fact that people are so bothered by this is just stupid.
