ED is anything but shady.

A little patience is all that is required, as everyone who was waiting on the K repairs and the O's was told.

Their previous shipping company caused some problems for them recently by loosing 4 pallets of speakers (the k's & the O's, etc. - hint hint! ) This was posted publicly on numerous forums, and was no secret if you talked to ED.

The problem has been resolved now, speakers found, and shipped out.

New Shipping Company and all!

Also they have re-designed their entire product line to try and avoid the lengthy delays that their parts vendors were causing with the flat cone drivers.

This was also no secret.

Everything you want to know is available on their forums, and they are about one of the most accessible companies out there. Be it Phone, Email, Snail Mail, Forums, Instant Messaging, or even in person, ED is NOT too difficult to get a hold of.

Patience people.

A month or two is NOT a long time.

Cobra, you have the right idea for the most part.

ED is small, and they are growing.

Supply and demand can not be balanced over night.

As you point out, give them a chance.

I'd wager that big things are still to come from ED.

ED's customer service was great for me! Even when they sent me the wrong subs they were extremely helpful. And the responses were always within 24 hours.

never had anything break on me so i cant comment on that, but i can say that they are always willing to help in any way they can... even if its something unrelated to their products. great bunch of guys
