help, truck went to mechanic and after repairs hooked up battery and fed wrong disc. Now its locked but I have the right disc. What can be done???? mechanic repeatedly put in wrong disc until it locked. redout says help.

You should be able to remove power on HU for approx.30min to Clear Memory , power back up and try the proper disc

Ive tried that and it just says help on the screen. It takes the disc but no go
