i just completed my claim, and mine took about 27 days i think...they say all claims are decided within 4 weeks or something...

And remember, just because you got screwed doesnt mean you will get your money back. PayPal sucks, and has screwed over countless people.

Always pay with a credit card or your debit card so you can chargeback if needed. PayPal will rarely ever refund all of your money. After you get your chargeback, then send the camera back to the seller so the cops don't get involved.

thats why its good to pay with a credit card, if you have a problem or issue you have your cc company behind you 100% and they will get your money back if you ritefuly deserve it

I just got screwed by ebay.

I had an auction going and for reasons unknown to me my account was suspended and my auction closed.

I had less than 8 hours left of a 7day auction.

had 2 bids and 6 people watching.

the item was going to go for what I wanted it to sell for. And I was ****ing waiting 7 days for it to close all that built up excitement..

I still don't know why my account was suspended and I gotta relist the auction which is going to look sketchy if people recognize it.

They usually give you a reason why they took it off.. And usually it's because someone *****es, like if you have another companies name in the title etc.

absolutly...mine took a few weeks to get around to taking care of the problem, but i guess i had to wait inline cause the guy who scammed me scammed many others at the same time...u got bad equip so it might be a bit different...call visa or your bank asap

Well I haven't had the best time with the place. Then the camera doesn't work. So I am claiming misrep. of the product in their auction, hoping it will just help me get the money back, then wanting to send me another crappy camera.
