e38 amp install?

Anyone know how to install a better amp in an e38 and not affect the way the OEM head unit works? I am also looking for advice on replacing the door speakers. I want to go with CDT's as I have a set left over from my Impala install.

I wish to install:

1 or 2 small amps ( for the front/rear doors )

CDT CL-51 comps in all four doors

Maybe some CL-6's in the rear deck

maybe a small amp for the CL-6's

one CL-1015 in a sealed box.

One amp for the sub

I would like to use vintage Alpine amps. 35 series. Can they be intigrated?

My concers are having the NAV and radio work correctly and mounting the tweeters so they look good. I'm not sure how the stock tweeter grilles would look cut up with a tweeter stuck in them. I understand that BMW installed some kind of crossover that can not be bypassed. Is this true?

Can anyone give me some advice on this?
