Dynamat Install?

Can i install dynamat myself? is it not recommended? thanks for your help

Yes you can do it yourself. Te hardest part to me is taking the interior of your car apart and then putting it back together when you are done. Wait for a warm day. Take the trim panels and or carpeting off the area you plan on dynamatting so you can apply the dynamat to the sheet metal. Use a sharp utility knife to cut it. Make sure you use a roller to get all of the air bubles out. And you might want a hair dryer or heat gun to make it more flexible. Which will make it easier to work over the dips and humps in your interior.
