This question is more for my friend than myself, but I just dont understand DVC. He just bought 2 Alpine DVC 12"s, and I dont get how to wire them both to 4 ohms. Do you get a 4 channel amp and put 1 channel to each voice coil? That seems like the easiest, although not very efficient, way to do it.

How does wiring series/parallel affect DVC subs, any different than SVC?

in series/parallel for a 4 ohm load

ok I have a 4 channel amp and if I wire 2 12 dvc subs in paralell then it will come to a 4 ohm load if i wire a channel per coil right is there any way to get 2ohm for me?
