Collins Co. has a law that prohibits carrying a lunch box down College Ave.( the main street in the city) way back in the day the rich people who lived on collge didn't want the blue collar workers walking through their neighborhood. since everyone carried a lunch to work they prohibited it. still on the books.

there's no such thing. it's a trick that high school seniors play on freshman. they take them out in the stix, tell them to beat the bushes to scare out the snipes and the seniors will catch em. while the freshmen beat the bushes the seniors go home and leave them to walk home. the law says snipe hunting is illegal, but no such animal exists. they needed to make the spoof illegal. dumbass politicians
