Double ground wire?

Hey I need to increase my ground—my 4 gauge wiring kit came with an 8 gauge ground.. but I found out I need more ground.. if I were to connect another 8 gauge wire to the ground would that help anything? or blow something up? or what, I don’t have any 4 gauge handy, so I was just wondering if that would help… thanks

it should be fine. good call on doubling your ground since it's best to have same gauge for your power and ground cables. however, i would just purchase a 4 gauge ground wire. it may be a bit hard to connect 2 ground wires to your amp not unless it has two ground terminals.
