honestly by this point i would just go to the doctor, have them give you some antibiotics and some topical shit to clean the cut out, go home and then glue that shit up with CA glue

you waited too long to have stitches, but if the doctor cleans it out really well, gives you topical antibiotic cream or wash, and prescribes you and antibiotic course of medication, you would probably be fine gluing it up and keeping it clean. antibiotics would keep it from getting infected
