Does money buy happiness??

Im sorry to say...but...money does buy happiness
money can buy me a trip to Japan = happiness

money can buy me a 64 Impala SS and a 57 Bel Air = happiness

money can buy me many women....you know how? Majority of them want financial security. You have money and a nice personality, you can get any girl you want //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/wink.gif.608e3ea05f1a9f98611af0861652f8fb.gif

if you are poor, living in someone else's room in their apartment...living from paycheck to paycheck....are you really truly happy?

what about homeless people? are they happy?

money....unfortunately...is a necessity.
like i said, money can buy u things that can make you happy for awhile. nobody can purchase feelings. u can't buy the happiness of being in japan. cars make you feel happy for awhile, whats more powerful is that you finally bought them.

u can't make women like u. nobody here is rich, but we all fu(ed that one girl who we at 1 time thought, 'she ain't gon give me her number'

the poor situation, depends on where we're at before. you coulda been homeless, now somebody took u in and u get food, shower, free tv and a warm spot to sleep in.

ahhh...good points

as far as Japan....the money got me there....and because of the money, Im seeing the country..eating the food...enjoying myself. Without money, this would no tbe possible.

cars...well...I love cars. cars make me happy. (to a point where I might just wet myself) Im sure no one will give me my dream cars for free. Also...public transportation does no make me happy //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/frown.gif.a3531fa0534503350665a1e957861287.gif

as far as the girl...I know where you coming from. But if you want a long term relationship (or marriage) you need money for both parties to be happy.

the "poor situation" its a good point.....but....if the other person did not have money, how could the homeless person experience this happiness?

Money, all by itself, wouldn't make me happy. Having an overabundance of it would enable me to surround myself with things that I cannot currently obtain but the feelings of elation over having those things would be temporary rather than permanent.

Having a ton of money would enable me to accomplish the things that would make me happy but it is only an indirect association. If I had $1,125,000AUD in the bank right now (which translates into just under $817K USD) Australia's Dept. Of Immigration would grant me an immediate permanent residency visa so that I could go back to Australia permanently to be with my wife and also be able to legally work.

It will happen - but via a much longer, incredibly more aggravating process the way we're having to do it.

You ould pay someone enough money to show you how to be wise, have dignity, courage, valour and honour. It may not DIRECTLY buy it, but it leads to it.Money leads to EVERYTHING.
that could never happen. only experience gives you these things

money does lead to everything. but it's only a path. tools do lead to making a bad *** enclosure, but they're only tools.

yes...to a point....once you have accessive money, then no, its just greed....but someone like me..who is pretty broke...yes, it DEFINITELY would. Because the reasons im not happy right now are things like....i just spent all this money on a new car...and now I dont have enough to put everything IN IT that I want to, and WILL ANYWAYS in the near future. Had I been able to afford a 6 cylinder, I would have kept my previous car.

japan= what if somebody anonymous paid for you to go back there? and if you asked the anonymous persons representative, ' how much did they pay for my trip' and the rep said ' they paided alot, but it wasn't in money', you probably still be happy bein in japan, right?

cars= well, i don't know what to say about the pee-pee thing

relationships= money helps to cut down on arguing, tensions, stress and powwer struggles. rich and comfortable ppl argue, divorce and fist fight just like the rest of us

poor situation= the other person may not have money. the other person, could be in charge of a homeless shelter and he/she told the homeless ppl they're welcome to come.

or the other person could be a an old relative of yours, you just got kicked out of your apartment and they need some help doin little things around their house cause they're health is really failing them and they're afraid to regular stuff and they invite you to come live with them. they may have a very limited income but they'll share everything they have with you. now your happy, and it's didn't cost either of you a dime.

Ive raised a daughter on 8 grand a year and was poor as ****. Now that I have a good job Im happier so my answer is yes money buys happiness. Without getting all philisophical and stuff.
what if you're daughter died all of a sudden, how much money would it take to make you happy instantly? how much to make to you happy 6 months afterwards?

it takes money to fly the plane....takes money to pay the crew....everything costs money! If I didnt pay for the trip thats cool...but...someone else had to pay. It could be a gift..sure...but what are the odds of that?

cars= well, i don't know what to say about the pee-pee thing

who said anything about pee pee? //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/tongue.gif.6130eb82179565f6db8d26d6001dcd24.gif

everyone argues...has conflicts, true. But...like you said..money does help alot

it takes money to run the shelter.....it takes money to have a home...to pay for food. The person's good will may not be bought with $$$, but everything else is.

Money is a necessity...it may not buy everything, but, it does provide happiness.

I use to think like you before...but shitty times haa given me a different outlook on life.
