Does a X - Over really work?

I have a pyramid X - Over and i wanted to know if it really works good. I can notice a little difference in the couns, but not much. Help me please.

it seems like since a pyramid it wont work well, but how can we tell you if it works??? its up to you to be able to tell if it works good or not, peace
