I play Day of Defeat everyday. Around 2 hours a day I'd say. It's my game by far, and the nice thing is that it's a HL1 engine game. I think it's like $10 now days only? It's the only online game I play.

also buying HL2 on steam is a great value since you can get HL2/DoD Source and CS source plus the entire backlog of valve games for like $60... then you can load tons of mods for HL and HL2....

x9587, you get all the HL2 games, and HL1 as well (I think). I just like the overall gameplay better in the original day of defeat.

dude u can get source for 20 dollars str8 from stea. download steam and pay 20 dollars via credit card and youll be able to download and play. yes, ppl stil play. i play everynight with my buddies.

I only have all the HL1 mods (normal, not source), and day of defeat source. I was very disapointed (sp) with day of defeat source. That's why I only play day of defeat.
