when you steal a computer thats over 500$ and you use something else to steal like a luggage case. which turns it to an f5 and f3 felony, and the max sentence for that is 6 years. b/c tampering with evidence can carry 5 years itself

i only did 75 days and i have to go to a halfway house for 4 months. but if i even get as much as sound violation when i get out they will send me back for 28 months

the sentence was 31 months but i got a judicial release so i will be on probation for 3 years and if i mess up i will fininsh my sentence
