So I had a box made and sent out on 2/21, expected delivery date of 2/27. Hasn't been scanned since it left the origin. Called them yesterday, they told me they'd look into and call me back. Four hours later, I get a call back with the person repeating everything that first person said, and that they would call me back today at 1130am. I don't get a call, so I call them. Turns out they have no idea where the package is and filed a lost claim, keeping me out of the loop as much as possible I suppose. Customer service sucks, the reps don't know shit. And I don't get how a 70 lb. big enclosure is 'lost.' So they stick me with a claim confirmation number and I have no other choice but to wait. There's no way of contacting the service department either, how convenient.
