SO you're running 1500W to two 600W rated subs and wondering why you're pushing them beyond their mechanical limits?
This is why I can't even these days. It's like, "I stuck this six inch knife in my chest and I don't understand why I died". Decrease box and port. Until you nuke it thermally

You know you dont have to use all that power i had the same amp on 2 506s at 1ohm those are what 250-300w rms each but they didnt bottom out like these. Guess im just used to subs with more internal space. I knew these were sq subs going into this but i didnt expect output to be this low

Guess ill be on the hunt for different subs. I wish the ia flatlyne can in 10s. Maybe ill pick up a pair of gcon 10s.

Idk what is sql subs these days.

Can you post up a web link to the EXACT dayton sub that you have?

One fundamental box design issue I see here is that the subs are too far and unequally away from the port. Your passenger side sub is like 3 feet or so further away from the port exit than the driver side sub. That distance can cause some cancellation. If only using 1 port, I'd try to group the subs as close together as possible.

How far is the driver's (left) side of the box from the driver's door or wall?

Yes and no. You f*cked up on the too far away from the port. Always keep the subs as far away from the port as possible

The port entrance is pretty much the dead center of the box. So each subs is pretty much the exact same distance from the port entrance.

Its a 4 inch pipe port which i was going to swap out with an aero when it came in.

The wires arent through the port anymore either that was temp until my smd terminal came in .

Port is 4-5inches from the door.

Nearly every underseat ported box i see is ported in the same way unless iys front fired which you cant really do with such a small box.

I can change the volume plenty the box was 3.37 gross. I filled the volume with foam. So net its 1.4

Mate, you are mixing SPL with SQ subwoofers and its a no go. Dayton subwoofers are focused more on SQ , clarity and are not too high powered to handle 750rms each. You are obviously, over driving them with the given amplifier. I suggest you look at other options in your subwoofer system, maybe Skar, Rockford Fosgate, Digital Designs etc.

Yea bud thats kinda obvious.

Still amazes me that 2 10s with 12mm of xmax cant out perform 2 6.5s with 9mm of xmax

Physics wise that doesnt make sense considering how much more air the 10s should displace.

And i wouldnt touch skar period, or fosgate.

I already have digital designs. I wanted something with a lower fs.

And like stated many times before its not like i have my amp anywhere even remotely close to clipping/max output when these subs bottom out so no i doubt im putting the full 1500w to them at any time.

Bro you got a pair of subs in close to what 1 calls for and are still wondering why it don't sound right?

2.5 cubes with 15" of slot port per cube and you would be golden.

I know for a fact no pair of 6.5's out there could out perform my HO 10's lol..

Did you model these at all?
whats cone excursion look like and port velocity?

After spending a week building the box and putting everything together ive come up with an issue

These dayton ho 10s bottom out incredibly easily

Low notes where box programs predict the most excursion arent a problem. Its the pulse notes like a kick drum that bottoms them out or higher frequencies.
Something is wrong. Kick drum is not normally a stressor for a subwoofer. Check with a variety of music as sometimes the kick bass is artificially augmented.
