Dash Gauges Not Responding

After a bit of a dilema that can be found Here my dash gauges arent working. Ive checked the fuse for the instrument cluster...and the lights on the dash work, just not my gauges...Any help would be appriciated!

So im not getting power to my cd player factory harness or to my gauges...so im thinking there's something wrong on a bigger scale here...ANY help would be very appriciated as im now taking my car apart in order to check all the wiring...

im not to sure but i think u need to replace all the wiring, u most likely shorted everything out.
