i own a 1994 Dodge Ram and in the cab there is a middle seat that folds. My question is if i take out that seat and replace it with my two tens in just one big box will it sound better and get more performance than just having them behind my seat separtlly.

Thank you

If your subs right now are facing a seat, they will not be as loud as they could be. If you increase your net box volume, your subwoofers will most likely have a better output. Its hard to say "it will be louder" only because I am not totally sure of the situation, but ide take a guess it would sound better and be louder. Good Luck...

Thanks for the information. I was just worried that i would do all of this and there would be no difference because the shape of the cab. So you guys think i'll get better bass for doing this then i'll do it.

WHat kind of subs ? What kind of enclosures are they in now ? And how much room do you have to put the new box ? Don't ya just love it when people answer questions with questions //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/biggrin.gif.d71a5d36fcbab170f2364c9f2e3946cb.gif//content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/smile.gif.1ebc41e1811405b213edfc4622c41e27.gif

I'll post some pics when i get finished. There sony 10", right now each is in a box that 12"x12"and 7"deep . And i dont know how big the space but is as big as a car seat so maybe 15"wide and 40"long. Dont forget its a truck.

Thanks
