grillcraft does, and you can always buy the stuff used to make grills and do it yourself, its a lot cheaper.

what type of grill are you looking for? do you want it to only cover the sub? do you want to cover the entire front baffle like they do with pro audio enclosures? if your the grill you want is similiar to what i did, i can provide more help.

Yea i realize this is an extremely old thread, however i gotta ask about that grill. I want to build a sealed box for my 2 RE SE 12" and i need to cover them because its going in the back of a Jeep Cherokee. That grill looks awsome -- any information on how to go about building it?

i got a sheet of perforated metal with a round hole pattern. i cut the sheet to size and used spacers as mounting posts. there are alternative methods to mounting the grill such as using a wood spacer along the edge.

you can also get different patterns. here's a grill i made using expanded metal:

take note that if you want to do something similar to what i did, you have to recess the front baffle. also, take into account the xmax of your sub. here's a pic of what i mean:

for the expanded metal, you can find sheets at places like home depot and lowes. however, if you need a fairly large sheet and a heavier gauge, you will need to go to a metal shop. as for the perforated metal, i had to go to a metal shop for it.

I can get you custom grills cut in any design you want.

They will be flat, so you will have to use spacers to mount them, but that is easy.
