That is the problem right there. You THINK that is a verbatim quote and it is not. Why not? Because it is NOT written exactly how I wrote it. How does the rest of the English speaking world know what verbatim is BUT you and you still have the ego to think you know better.

How hard is it to comprehend what these two meanings actually mean? Like "word for word", they give two examples. Script and essay. It also includes sentences and paragraphs. Like verbatim... "If you write something down verbatim, you can rely on it being a duplicate of the original document, recreated." <--- like that.

Is Trump doing it legally or illegally?

Why do you applaud Dear Leader for doing things illegally?
Or is it OK for him to break the law as long as he claims it is meeting the goal that you want met? What if he breaks the law and it impacts you negatively? Would that be a bad thing, or would it be OK because he is Dear Leader, and can do whatever he wants?
Maybe tomorrow he arbitrarily ends the ~$20 Billion in annual federal funding Colorado receives. No complaints would be heard. Right?

I don't know if you saw my other post about judges decisions regarding the deportations, but it seems that judges are making decisions based on politics, so apparently legal is now based on party affiliation. I'd love to see Trump "arbitrarily" end Colorado's funding if it meant ending the sanctuary garbage that's going on in the Denver Metro area. There are areas of the city that are too dangerous to go into now. The busts that ICE/DEA has already in Denver/Metro have already taken a bunch of gang members, drugs and guns off the street, so it hardly seems arbitrary to me.

I'm not sure why we should be housing, feeding and providing medical to these folks. The left has yet to present a logical or even an argument for why we should be doing this.

That's an interesting take. Judges have to reference existing law that shapes the decision.
Show me the decisions and opinions that were arbitrarily made, and how they contradict the law, or were not supported by the law.
