The COTUS is worded and written just fine... but you are a moron. A fool with no comprehension skills AT ALL.

Here:

"We the People of the United States, in Order to form a more perfect Union, establish Justice, insure domestic Tranquility, provide for the common defence, promote the general Welfare, and secure the Blessings of Liberty to ourselves and our Posterity, do ordain and establish this Constitution for the United States of America."

Right off the bat the COTUS states who this is for and who it is talking about. WE the people of the United States. Not people who enter her illegally. You know, the people you want to reward for breaking our laws. When the COTUS says Any Person it is still talking about any AMERICAN.

That has nothing to do with who it protects.

WE THE PEOPLE are the ones who made it. With your logic, the only people it would then apply to are the ones who wrote it.
And they are all long dead.

Every legal scholar, the SCOTUS, and the words of the COTUS itself say you are wrong.

So once again: SHOW US ALL THE ERROR OF THE WORDING OF THE COTUS, THE PROOF THAT YOU GOT IT CORRECTED, AND THE PROOF THAT YOU GOT ALL THE SCOTUS CASES OVERTURNED.

Until you do that, your beliefs hvae no value whatsoever with regard to reality.
