They are allowed to administrate all they want, but must do so within the letter of the law.
The administration should not be allowed to do things illegally because "orange man good..MAGA!".

If Trump and his admin weren't violating the law so much, there would be nothing for the justice system to pursue.
Where was "all this judicial oversight" during Obama? The same place it's always been. How many lawsuits were brought forth?
I've asked you over a half-dozen times: How many laws did Obama violate when deporting people?
What "rails" did Biden go "off" regarding border security?
Please explain "elevating the rights of criminals and illegal aliens". How do you "elevate a right" that someone has?

Can you speak to those questions specifically, or are they just repeatable talking points that you think sound like a good argument?

You're missing the point. How was Obama able to deport so many more people than Trump in an environment that offered fewer people to deport? Because there wasn't some legal challenge to his actions; neither the left nor the right were inclined to challenge his actions. I'd suggest that pre-covid that the left wasn't likely challenge Trump deportations (in court). Currently, if Trump sneezes, there somebody ready to challenge his action in court. Feel free to deny this reality, but keep this is mind: Trump loaded the courts with conservative judges, do you really want the judicial branch jamming up the executive branch at every opportunity? Is this how you want the right to respond to the next Blue POTUS?

I EXPECT the judicial branch to "jam up" the Executive Branch every time the EB violates the law. If they don't, then the EB can do whatever TF it wants. IDGAF if the EB is blue, red, green, or rainbow. I don't want any branch having unlimited power.

Do you remember learning about checks and balances in grade school? It's a pretty important thing when it comes to the US Government.

Exactly. Other than sending some really bad dudes to El Salvador, what has Trump done that Obama hasn't? It's just that the left didn't want to "advertise" how bad the illegal alien problem was and didn't go after Obama because Team Blue wanted to be viewed as allies of the (illegal) immigrant population. So they kept quiet. Of course, the right wasn't going to use the courts to stall/block Obama's record setting deportations. And somehow despite this data set, the left can't figure out what's going on; the narrative is more important than the facts.

I remember checks and balances and I've never said any branch should have unlimited power. As for what I said I guess I'll summarize although I'm sure it'll still go right over your head. The leftist organizations that are determined to oppose any and every deportation under Trump were nowhere to be found when Obama was setting deportation records. They were relatively silent during Trump's first term. Now that TDS has set in, the left is clearly using the judicial system to block and stall any and everything Trump does.
