I may hate him a little because he wants everyone to think he has money. Regardless of whether he actually does this is not a trait I admire.

But I really hate him because he is predictable and boring with his opinions that nothing is worth a shit unless it costs a fortune. He knows (or should know) that 99.999% of te people here do not give a dam about these uber expensive products an yet he comes here acting as though they are the only choices worth considering.

The law of diminishing returns dam sure applies to car audio. Unless you are serous in competing or you have money to burn you would be a fool to drop that kind of change on the products he discusses.

lol, yeah I despise that bastage. I think I kinda threw him when he was badmouthing CDT and I politely asked him if there were any components less than $600 that he could recommend. After a couple of days he said no.

Eh I guess. I have never seen him post down on anything cheap.... I have seen him mention that brand X isn't the best in the world however (I always took it to mean that he's just telling someone that they haven't even scratched the surface of the high end.... which is more often than not true).

I feel, though, that the CRX guy who EVERY time there's a thread on "best woofer" posts his (what look like eBay pics) of the DD99z subs..... or his photo of the 4,5,6,7,8 or whatever DD Z1 amps is kind of the "rub it in" type.

Some guy made a thread the other day something to the tune of "I have X subwoofer. I also have Y amplifier. Would it be worth the expenditure to upgrade to Z amplifier instead?"

CRX pops in there and calmly states "Get a DD 1510...perfect for your application."
