Oh man how I miss some MDew, used to keep me going throughout the day. I would drink one and about 2 hours later as I started to crash I would just pop another //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/laugh.gif.48439b2acf2cfca21620f01e7f77d1e4.gif
As for chocolate milk why not do FF milk and some choc whey and maybe even a tblsp of hersheys syrup if you really need it?
I could, which will absolutely be a plan should I just feel the need for some. I just drank both in serious excess. I feel I can still have both, but in moderation. I had a dew today to kill a nasty headache, but it's the first one this whole week, and it will be easily another week before I entertain a though of having another.

 
You seem to have a problem with "dogs" chasing you. Especially big ones.

Nah...that's just crazy. Does she have any teeth left? Still, a good 900-1200 calories a day (3-4) plus at LEAST that much if not more from milk (1 32 of choc is 1000 calories! //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/eek.gif.771b7a90cf45cabdc554ff1121c21c4a.gif ) over the last 10 years roughly has packed on a good 70 excess pounds on me. A little weight on me looks ok, right now I'm on my way to give sblazer a run for his money if I don't finally man up and stop. In my favor though is that I'm a bit over 6 ft, helps, but enough is enough..

Didn't realize choco milk had that many calories! Geez.

Only milk I use is skim milk in my oat meal/cereal.

 
In other news, I decided to drop one of the girls I was seeing. She looked through my phone when I was in the restroom and asked me who the people are that texted me. I did learn a valuable lesson...I thought intelligence would trump insecurity in females. I was quite wrong.

I'll do 2% in milk or oatmeal, and thats generally all. I may have a cup ( a small cup now, not the huge ones I used to have) with dinner from time to time. Nothings gone cold turkey persee, but drank/consumed in moderation now. That and I'm getting more conscious of my caloric intake per day. I know there is more to being healthy than just that, but I felt it to be a good place to start.
