I'll do 2% in milk or oatmeal, and thats generally all. I may have a cup ( a small cup now, not the huge ones I used to have) with dinner from time to time. Nothings gone cold turkey persee, but drank/consumed in moderation now. That and I'm getting more conscious of my caloric intake per day. I know there is more to being healthy than just that, but I felt it to be a good place to start.
