I'm so glad I got a fixed interest and not adjustable....
Friend of mine bought a house around the same area as I did, got adjustable interest in hopes of it going down, instead of receiving his monthly payment of $1232, it came out to $4356

Nope. It sounds like a 3 or 4% adjustment on the ARM. Another wave of forclosures coming, it seems.

And unfortunately both the lender and buyer are at fault.

Banks gave out these ridiculous loans and (stupid) buyers accepted them without looking at the consequences.

Oldest had the lead in her school play today. Funny thing is last year on this day the youngest had the lead in her class play.

We go the news that the youngest tested in for the gifted program today. This is actually the second time she took the test. The first time she wasn't too interested, then she found out they served ice cream in the gifted class sometimes.
