You can start off by walking briskly for 20-30 minutes a day. I always jogged or did sprints though. Just work your way up distance and in speed.

Eat one can of vienna sausages every day.
lol no. that is the unhealthy way to lose.

Just go on like a 2,000 calorie a diet. That will put you on a little above a pound a week weight loss.

ALl you have to do is eat clean..Tuna, turkey, wheat bread, WATER, chicken, brown rice, low fat yogurt, egg whites, protein bars, etc... eat some fruits and stuff to.

It may seem like a hassle at first but keep up with how many calories you take in each day. Before too long you will have in your head the caloric values of your staple items and be doing all the calculations in your head. At least thats what happened to me.
