Flip, tell her to quit installing things. My suggestion would be give her a limited account without permissions to install new programs and get her a good anti-virus if she does not already have one. Avast gives away a 14 month license free.
I have not been here in a week, hope everyone had a Crunk christmas, I am glad it is finally over so hopefully the christmas music will stop soon.
